SUBSTANCE ABUSE EVALUATIONS

I provide evaluations to people who encounter difficulties with the legal system, licensing boards, and workplaces and need an evaluation of their relationship to substances.

I am contracted with many insurance companies and Employee Assistance Programs. I will be glad to discuss fees with you when you contact me.
